Amanda Harvey
Inspired by coastal living.
Amanda is a ceramic and paper artist based in Devon, with a passion for the ocean inspired by coastal living and volunteering at the UK’s first National Marine Park, Plymouth Sound.
Amanda uses stoneware paper clay for her framed ceramic art and is researching and developing a new low fire earthenware paper clay and low fire glazes as she looks to reduce firing schedules and temperatures.
In The Good Blue News Art Project Amanda shares some of the many ‘good ocean news’ stories now emerging from brilliant work being done in marine conservation by Blue Marine Foundation and at the National Marine Park, UK and marine reserves across the world.

Amanda exhibits at several galleries and is a member/associate of Westcountry Potters’ Association, Devon Artist Network, Salcombe Art Club, Penwith Society of Arts and the Crafts Council Directory.
