Making functional items beautiful to feel and touch.
I started my relationship with clay nine years ago when I moved to beautiful Devon with my family. I had always wanted to try pottery and as soon as I joined a beginner’s class with Richenda MacGregor I felt that I had found something that I knew that I would want to have in my life for a long time.
I was a member, apprentice and teacher at studio 45 before it sadly closed. Following this I set up my own small studio at home where I throw with stoneware and make my own glazes.
I also teach classes at the beautiful coombe farm studios near Dittisham.

My aim is to make beautiful and functional items which feel nice to touch, look at and use.
